1. Introduction and Scope
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Casino Wôlinak, operating under the Grand Royal Wôlinak brand, and any individual who accesses, registers for, or participates in activities provided by the casino. By accessing casino services, each user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all conditions outlined in this document.
Casino Wôlinak is located at 10275 Chemin LeBlanc, Wôlinak, Quebec, G0X 1B0, Canada, under the legal entity Le Grand Royal Wolinak S.E.C. These terms apply to participation in casino activities, the LYNX Rewards program, and any promotional offers from Grand Royal Wôlinak Casino.
The casino operates within the Abenaki First Nation of Wôlinak under Indigenous self-governance. The casino does not hold a licence from Loto-Québec. Each player is responsible for verifying the legality of their participation under local regulations before using any casino services.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
2.1 Minimum Age
Access to casino activities and membership benefits is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. This applies to registered members, LYNX card holders, and participants in promotional programs. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
2.2 Account Registration
Each individual may register one personal, non-transferable player account. Accurate personal information is required at registration. The casino may request supporting documentation to verify the identity of the account holder, including a valid government-issued photo ID, recent proof of address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method associated with the account.
2.3 LYNX Rewards Card
A LYNX card is issued to registered members and is required for participation in gaming room activities and promotional offers. Each card is strictly personal. Individuals who are self-excluded or banned from the casino are not eligible to use or benefit from a LYNX card. The casino may cancel or suspend a LYNX card in case of non-compliance with the terms.
3. Player Obligations
Users must provide truthful and complete information during registration and throughout membership. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or circumventing eligibility requirements is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without notice.
Technical measures, including use of VPNs or proxies, must not be used to access casino services from restricted jurisdictions. Violation of this rule may lead to account termination and loss of any associated balances or credits.
4. Promotional Conditions
4.1 General Promotional Rules
Participation in promotions is subject to conditions published at the time of each offer. General requirements include a valid player account and LYNX card, meeting the age requirement of 18 years, and compliance with specific promotion conditions.
4.2 Non-Cashable Credits
Promotional game credits are non-cashable and non-transferable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used according to casino rules. Winnings from promotional credits may be subject to wagering conditions before withdrawal is allowed. Participation in promotions may be refused or canceled in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.
4.3 Participation Limits
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per person, per account, and per email address. Maximum credit amounts per participant may apply. Specific conditions of each promotion override general promotional rules where conflicts exist.
5. Data Collection and Use
Personal information collected for account registration and the LYNX Rewards program is confidential. It may be used for customer service, security, account management, and communications, including by email, telephone, SMS, and mail. Players may request changes to their communication preferences at any time.
Personal information is not sold to third parties. Data retention is governed by applicable privacy laws and the casino’s internal data policies.
6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
A self-exclusion mechanism is in place. Individuals who are self-excluded or banned are not permitted to access gaming areas, hold a LYNX card, or participate in promotions. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion or ban breach these terms.

7. Regulatory Status
Grand Royal Wôlinak Casino operates under the authority of the Abenaki First Nation of Wôlinak and the Wôlinak Gaming Commission, in accordance with self-governing rights recognized under section 35 of the Canadian Constitution. The casino is not licensed by Loto-Québec. The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission does not license or regulate Casino Wôlinak.
It is each player’s responsibility to determine if participation in casino activities is lawful in their province or territory.
8. Amendments to Terms
Casino Wôlinak may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication. Continued use of casino services after amendments constitutes acceptance. Players are advised to review terms periodically.
